What Are The Symptoms Of A Kidney Infection?

What are the top signs or symptoms that you might have a kidney infection? Everyone should get a doctor's advice, but what would you recommend for dealing with a potential kidney infection?

Dehydration,  back  pain, burning sensation while  passing urine, fatigue, vomiting, nausea, giddiness, fever and chills are the various symptoms in case of a kidney infection. Immediate urine test should be taken at doctor's advice. Doctor will usually give drugs like ciprofloxacin depending on the seriousness of the condition.  Majority of the kidney infections are treatable and curable and do not involve kidney failure if attended to immediately. Sometimes the infection disappears after a few days even without any treatment.
