    What are the signs or symptoms that you might have a stomach ulcer? Everyone should get a doctor's advice, but what would you recommend for dealing with stomach ulcer?

    A person feels a burning pain in the stomach,other than pain, one experiences bloating,  loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, weakness and heartburn.Ulcers may lead you to weight loss, bloody stool may lead to anemia.
    Patients with stomach ulcers should eat a high protein low fat diet.avoid alcohol beverages (is acidic and may cause internal bleeding )and caffeine containing beverages increases stomach acid secretion ,avoid citrus fruits ,eat oats ,soft rice and wheat porridge.Visit a dietitian and get to know a proper diet for ulcer suffering patient .
    Have green tea to help healing ,drink water to remove toxins from the body.

    Characterized by sharp pains, nausea, and vomiting, caused from the bacteria, h. pylori. Recommended supplements include mastic gum, and organic honey. L-glutamine 500mg up to 3x a day has been shown to actually heal the lining of the stomach, and intestine. Avoid milk, alcohol, and and caffeine. The recommended dosage include the following: mastic gum up to 1600mg a day, may be taken in supplement form, raw unprocessed honey, 1 tablespoon at bedtime. A natural antibiotic. Cipro is what is usually prescribed, if you take an antibiotic, always take a round of acidophilus, after. To replenish beneficial bacteria, that are killed off with the use of antibiotics, no matter which antibiotic you take. (see my article on IBS)
