    My husband is in the Army and has a nutritionist assigned.  The nutritionist said that one of the best ways to gain weight healthily was to drink several glasses of whole milk each day.  I hope that helps smile

    Healthy fats and proteins, like avocado, yogurt, natural peanut butter and milk, are good to consider.  Slowly and carefully add weight, no more than 1-2 pounds per week.

    We have 3 normal meals a day. Instead of 3 make it 5 light meals. Always consider water based meals like fruits - milk, coffee doesn't count here. Our body really like something that doesn't clog the system. Then when you eat don't rush, enjoy it. Your mood too is important - do you have personal grudge with someone? Lift up your spirit before eating your meal.

    Although, I have never gained weight wisely. I think checking with a nutritionist is a good idea. During a doctor visit inquire about one to get a diet plan.
