    I workout about 4-5 times a week with my kinect. I end up working out for usually over 2 hours because it's just so fun! I get cardio, strength and endurance training all in one game. It's an easy way to get addicted to exercise!

    Powerlifting 8 hours per week, running 2 hours per week, martial arts 6 hours per week and yoga 3 hours per week.

    According to American Heart Association(AHA) guidelines you should exercise for  least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise. 30 minutes a day, five times a week is an easy goal to achieve.

    i do exercise 2 hours  in a day.sometimes 3 hours.
