At what age we all are suppose to be conscious about what we eat?
For some, like myself, it starts late in life. Some people seem to be conscious from childhood. I wonder why that is?
I think people, no matter what age, should be conscious about what they eat. Even teenagers with the fastest metabolism will eventually mature and their metabolism will slow down, which is when their habits will really catch up with them. Good eating habits should be taught at a very young age.
Good Question! As childhood obesity and related health problems are increasing now a days, one needs to be conscious about what he eats right from childhood. Always making a healthy food choices will never harm instead will be beneficial throughout.
