Are you conscious about your health? Do you monitor what you eat?
Do you count the calories?
I am conscious about my health in every sense of the way.
I eat healthy, I don't count calories and I snack one day a week to have a balance.
I go to gym 4 times a week, I invest time in my social life, I don't work too much, I avoid stress and I sleep 10 hours a day.
Being Bipolar makes me monitor myself on a daily base to avoid any crisis and to live stable and happy. To be conscious about your health is much more than monitoring your food.
No drugs, no alcohol and no heavy partying is also a way to stay fit and healthy and I don't find it difficult to live my life a balanced way. Feeling fit and strong is wonderful!
Yes, I am very conscious of what I eat as well as watching out for food sensitivities. But I do not count calories. I only eat whole natural foods and no processed foods. By doing so, the body is able to use its self-regulating mechanism that causes it to maintain the weight set point via energy expenditure and appetite.
I don't count the calories, but I am a vegetarian. I also make sure that I don't eat when I'm not actually hungry.
I am conscious of my health. Yes I do monitor what i eat though I do not count on calories. I do make it a point to drink lots of water and regular requirement of exercise.
no, i am not concious about my health because i had not done the medical checkup for 6 years ! So, I don't know what I have or not have either. Just eat less meat and more tofu and vege.
Oh yes! My body has been giving me some signals that I have to lose weight and I have started to watch what I eat. Actually, I have cut off sweet drinks.
Thanks for asking.
Yes, I am definitely conscious about my health, and I do monitor what I eat every day. That comes with being a nutritionist, but I don allow some room for "treats." I believe everyone should be conscious of their health (i.e., physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually). With all realms of health, we can set out and accomplish the things we wish to do in life. Besides, it will keep us going until hopefully our last breath without pain and the ability to perform (i.e., walk, talk, and breathe).

Do you count calories? It has been proven that people who track what they eat lose more weight than those that don't. Do you track what you eat while you are losing (or possibly gaining) weight?

Do you procrastinate about your health, or do you face potential issues head on?Just curious, fellow hubbers. Do you face your potential health issues head on and embrace medical screenings/interventions/testing, or do you stick your head in the sand? If it is the latter, what is your...
