Where do you look if you need extra time in your day?
We often complain that there just aren't enough hours in the day - not enough time to get everything done, or to do everything we want to. When faced with this dilemma, how do you come up with some extra time, and what do you use it for?
I had read one story in Indian Daily about one of the richest man in India, Anil Ambani. While selling 100 years bonds in USA, one investor rose to show his concern when asked if there is any concern in the minds of potential investors regarding the company. He said that there was one concern, the weight of Mr Ambani. The point was driven home. Mr Ambani spends 2-3 hours daily on jogging, yoga and physical work out. If he can spend 3 hours on fitness this means he could get that time by reorienting his priority.
Most of the times it is up to us to find time for something which is truely important and cutting down on clutter of activities which are perhaps getting wasted anyway. One can also use Pareto's law of 80:20. 20% of things add 80% value so give enough time to that 20% of value adding things!

Are males in the 20 to 40 age group bigger whiners than older men?Do we have a whole new segment of whiny males? As a Baby Boomer I don't ever remember the men of the "Greatest Generation" complaining and whining about things. Am I wrong in my observation?
