There are a variety of possibilities such as Celiac disease or Psoriasis just to name a couple. However, some people's bodies shed dandruff as a response or reaction to a high carbohydrate diet. If you are eating white rice, white pastas, white breads, pastries, and such, try to cut back until these things are just 20 - 30% of your diet. It takes a while but give it two or three weeks to see if your problem begins to go away. I would still say that you should be visiting a doctor or even two to rule out health problems. They are trained and able to see things that we can't help you with here and might find something more serious that you would not otherwise know about.

You iron might be out of whack or you could have a high inflammation level. Get your doctor to run a blood test to rule these out.
