What are the factors effecting growth?
I want to ask is growth of a human being 'basically talking about height' depends totally on genetics or does the height training helps in growth? I also want to add that what is the maximum age limit for height growth? Will weight training effect my growth or its just a myth?
i think the height factor depends on genetics.but we can control it by small extend with exercise.but not more. The maximum age limit for boys of growth is 20 years and for girls it is 18 years.this factor i studied in school.
