Do you have a "day or rest"?
Sundays are NOT a day of rest for my household -- not when you factor preparing five children for church into the mornings! Mondays are normally my "down days", where I take things easy in order to recharge for the week. Do you take time to relax and recharge?
No not really but when we are both really tired from traveling we just hit the sack and sleep til we feel better!
I found if I didn't, I wasn't working 7 days a week - I was working forever!
Practical common sense, as well as inspiration from the Christian, Jewish, and Buddhist traditions, all encourage a day of rest, spirit, and learning to recover, to heal, to learn, to grow. I've found that doing this brings a healthier, happier life for me, for my family, and for my friends.

What is your favorite time of day or night to write?Is there a certain time of day when the words flow better for you? Mine is usually sunrise or sunset or really late at night.
