How do you stop excessive sweating of your palms?
When your palms are wet and sticky from sweat you have to wipe your hands before you hand shake - not a good situation to be in.
You can use powder. It is a great absorbent of moisture. You can get the little powder containers in the store and keep one in your bag/purse. Good luck!
Good question. I really wouldn't know, but I would imagine that eating less salt and sugar would reduce your body sweat in general.
Actually, sticky, sweaty palms are caused from a lack of silica in the diet. Silica is for the hair, skin and fingernails. The herb horsetail is high in it. If you have a big body of hair like mine, you need more silica in your diet. Goat milk and goat whey are high in silica.
I would try the herb horsetail and see if that helps. Buy some goat cheese. Things high in silica.
I found that acupuncture helped me with the problem. I only sweat when it's really warm now.
Thank you one and all for taking the time to answer my question.
