Do you take cod liver oil?
Long time ago, parents used to give children this for health. Do you still take cod liver oil?
Most people do vitamine D injection instead of taking cod liver oil. This depends on what your purpose is.
I did take the capsules there a few years ago. But I've now stopped taking them. I don't think they sell the bottle of it anymore. My granny used to drink the liquid version like it was water.
If you decide to take it, use the capsules, no taste and easier way to get you nutrients.
