Do you take cod liver oil? Has it helped you?I just started taking cod liver oil on a daily basis, but it is too soon to notice the results. Have you taken it? What brand? Have you noticed any difference in your health?

Which is best; cod liver or fish oil, do you think, as an Omega 3 to benefit our body's?I have read cod liver oil may be better and I now take fish oil and have for years and I can tell a difference if I happen to miss a couple days. I want whichever is best though. Thank you for your opinions!

Cod liver oil capsules are rich in vitamin A and vitamin D.It also have high quantity of omega-3 fats which is good for heart.I have read some where that it is also good in the treatment of acne by balancing hormones.It is good for joints and bones.

What dosage of vitamin D is safe?So many people have a vitamin D deficiency. There seems to be a discrepancy in how many mg's should be taken.
