Which is the quickest way of getting back to shape after a pregnancy?
The quickest way of getting back into shape after pregnancy is to focus on interval core exercises. Several of my friends, some who have had multiple kids and have snapped back to fitness after their respective pregnancies, have used medicine ball exercises to firm up and re-shape their core. I agree with brianschwarz answer! I also found nursing helped a lot and each day I drank at least 3 cups of brewed green tea. Get enough rest and remember your body went through a lot of changes in 9 months so it will take some time.. join the ymca or another gym with a childwatch area so you can get in shape and meet other moms then you can all get together and walk around with your kids in strollers and chat!
