Have you had candida? What did you do to expel it from your system?
I had it during my last pregnancy, the most effective thing that helped me, was drinking 1 glass of water+1Tbs of raw apple cider vinegar, 3 times a day. Apple cider vinegar increases hydrochloric acid in the stomach, helping to kill candida, it is also very alkalizing to the body. If you are not pregnant, one very effective supplement which helped some of my friends, was enteric coated capsules of Oregano oil. This will deliver the oil right to the large intestine, where candida usually lives the most. If it is a chronic candida, there might be a need to address food allergies, or some changes in the diet might need to be made. Sugars and refined flours have to be removed from the diet during the treatment of candida infection.
