    How do you switch up your experience with the treadmill?

    The treadmill has many different options from the incline to the speed to the many different programs for cardio, fat loss, etc... What do you find helpful on the treadmill? How much time do you spend weekly on the treadmill - during the summer and other seasons?

    I usually do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) a few times a week where I run at 6.5-7 for a minute then sprint for 30 seconds. I also do longer steady runs (6-8 miles at 6.5-7) a few times a week. I spend about 4 hours a week on the treadmill, same for all seasons.
