What foods contain pantothenic acid?
I am reading More Ultimate Healing, and it suggests using Vitamin C, Magnesium and Panothenic acid to raise energy levels. I am clueless about panothenic acid.
Pantholeic acid, I belive is B5 Vitamin, and./or part of one. You can find these in some vitamin waters, and energy drinks. You may also be able to find pantholeic acid in certain meats, and animal food.
You can get these elements from liver - pork or chicken will do. Having liver will help raise your energy level.
