    ..My mom used to serve "arozcaldo" or "Gotto" when I was sick back when I was young. it is a Filipino recipe you can try it and it's very easy to prepare. Just try searching it online. You will find lots of it. It's super delicious!

    Chicken soup is always the first choice. The broth is soothing and helpful with some illnesses. I believe there has been some medical studies that prove this information.

    We were always told Chicken broth . My favourite is chicken & sweetcorn that my husband makes !

    Hot chicken soup works best. It must be due to the onions, garlic and chicken essence in it. It has worked for me when I was a kid and it still works now that I'm err... old-er.
