Do you try to stifle your sneeze in public?
Afraid of the noise or worse...something flying out...be it mucus or a fart?
Oh yes!!! I hv a really loud sneeze and so i find it quite embarassing to let myself go aaacccchhhhooooooo in public...
Very annoying for me and 'startling' for the public, lol!!
Depends......if someone is talking and my sneeze would interrupt, yes, I will stifle it. If though, I am just walking or no one is directly around, I usually just cover my mouth and let it out! (Careful not to let anything else out:)
If I try to stifle a sneeze it usually comes out as a snort which is far more embarrassing than a sneeze. I always sneeze into the sleeve on my shoulder anyway so that muffles it quite a bit and prevents germs.
suppressing any natural flow is injurious to health, but in public it is equally an infringement to etequetts & decorum..so yes bound to do so... however in excercising the same, condition becomes even more wacky sometimes with giggles & laughters around..!
I try if I can.
Nothing worse than the germ spattering mucous of an uninhibited a - chew!
Keep the germs IN!!!! Even if I have to soak my hand with sneeze stuff, to keep the sneeze towards me, anything!
Better into a handkerchief though!
