One cup, or 8 fl oz, of brewed coffee with a normal 1 to 1 ratio of a Tablespoon of ground coffee to 1 cup of water (shew!) is roughly 100mg. Most American coffee mugs, though, hold much more than 8 fl oz. The average coffee mug hold closer to 10 or 12oz, so unless you are using your grandma's tea cup, your coffee mug probably has closer to 120-130 mg of caffeine.
