How do you deal with stress, especially when you are easily annoyed?
There are many ways. It always depends on the type of stress. If I really need a pick-me-up, I drink a hot cup of tea while reading one of the books that makes me happy in any situation. If I just feel a little stress, I'll go over to my friend's house or treat myself to a special pampering, complete with shower, nail polish, lotions, and a girl movie.
thanks iburmaster..these are great stress busters...i know about the hot tea and reading..I do it too to relieve stress..

How do you deal with a stressful moment?I always look for the humor in a situation. I can usually find something to laugh at. Laughter helps ease the stress, if only for the moment, that's good enough for me!

How do you deal with stress if you can't eliminate it?I have found myself in a situation where I am constantly stressed out but can't find the way to eliminate it. I don't even have the time for meditation! By the time I have a moment to go to bed, I'm asleep before my head hits the pillow!

When you're annoyed with someone, what do you do? How do you react?Do you confront the person? Do you let it pass? Do you go into the gym, put on boxing gloves, and picture the person's face on the punching bag?

Most people on Hp have an avatar on their profile. Some are genuine photos of them and others are weird looking pictures. There are those that are quite pleasant to look at while others are...how should I put it...quite different?!How do you feel about the avatars you see?
