What music do you listen to when you work out?
Who’s in your iPod that really gets you going in the gym?
I love to work out to dance music, it really helps keep me motivated. ![]()
I love that old time rock and roll, the kind of music just soothes my soul. LOL
0Progressive house for cardio, and also some soundtrack music. Stuff from movies like Crank put you in that "holy crap I'm being chased (or theres poison in my blood being blocked by adrenaline)" mindset, and really make you move ha ha
Whatever's good... sadly my ipod broke and my gym plays crappy music.
Hip Hop, occasionally Urban if it happens to be in a workout DVD, and upbeat oldies.
what ever blocks out the music they play at my local gym as they only exercise in makes you want to do is go for a jog somwere outside of hearing distance lol

What are some good workout songs to add to my playlist? I like running and circut training...I need to refresh my workout playlist and I'm looking for some new, high energy songs to get me amped and keep me pumped for at least 45 minutes. I love music across all genres, so I'm open to any ideas!

What a depressing hour . . . this hour-long locally produced documentary produced in 2019—before the George Floyd protests and the Chop interlude..I would guess that most won't watch the full hour, but, after whatever number of minutes, when you are ready to click-off, skip to the last ten minutes...
