    Do you exercise in the morning to prepare you for your day?

    No. Instead I exercise at noon, to keep me awake for the rest of the day. This involves warming up with cardio, weights to focus on one part of my body, then medication to help calm down for the day. It's like a refresher.

      Sorry, meditation. I actually cannot take many meds.

    yes I exercise 20 to 30 minutes in the early morning, and get a little walking in during the day, a few minutes here or there. I also do upper body freeweights twice a week and lower body weight training twice a week.

    Yes, Monday through Friday I spend 45 minutes at the gym from 5:30 am to 6:15 am.  I'll do a variety of exercises from weights to running to riding the stationary bike.  If wakes me up and gets me prepared for the day.
