Examine your stomach
Do you have alot of belly fat? Yes?
1. Start running, running and increasing the miles, and KEEP running when it hurts that means fat is being used and turned into energy and you'll see yourself sweating alot
Ok now that fat is gone, we got to work the stomach
1. Put your legs on a chair, and do some push ups to strengthen your arms
2. Then do crunches, keep going,
3. Eat proteins rich food like eggs, salmon, spinach, etc.
4. Return to crunches, and keep doing exercises
5. If you have a lake or river near you, take up rowing, rowing is one of the fastest way to build abbs
You're bound to reach it
There is a lot of science behind getting a six pack abs, but you definitely can't get them in 2 weeks. Pro bodybuilders and fitness models usually need 12-16 weeks to get that "stage look" with a perfect six pack abs. And they are PRO-s! Someone who is just starting will probably need much more than that!

Why does my lower back hurts when I do abs workout?I lay down on my back and do several different sit-ups, sometimes with the upper body, sometimes with the legs getting up and down. But my lower back always hurt. I can feel a gap between my back and the floor when I lay down on my back.
