    I think if that particular thing repeatedly hunts you for a very long time; that you feel that you are tightly bonded, then I guess you need to plan and be optimistic that you can let go of that perpetrator.

      Excellent observation. It means taking time to stop and look at what is happening, doesn't it? And being aware of those feelings, like being constricted, held back or tightly bound. And I like your term, 'that perpetrator.' Thank you!
