Regards the swine flu vaccination, some things worth knowing before you roll up your sleeve (none of this is copied and pasted, I might add)

-the vaccination was made before the outbreak of the swine flu virus.  Baxter International (the company that produces the vaccines) applied for the patent in August 2008.  See http://www.theoneclickgroup.co.uk/docum … cation.pdf

-according to investigative journalist and former US Naval Intelligence officer, Wayne Madsen the virus was created in a laboratory (http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php? … ;aid=14513).  He's not alone in thinking this - Jane Burgermeister, ex medical journalist has filed charges with the FBI against Baxter International, WHO and others for bioterrism - see http://www.drcarley.com/pdf/Jane's_Crim … to_WHO.pdf  and to hear what Burgermeister herself says see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PelTWCUmTsU

-The number of people who have actually fallen ill from swine flu, according to some sources, has been grossly exaggerated.  See http://articles.mercola.com/sites/artic … teria.aspx

-The vaccine itself, according to some, is, at best, completely ineffective and, at worst, dangerous.  See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r051fXtf … r_embedded

-The government grants the drug companies complete immunity against vaccine product liability, so should people react badly to it they're on their own.
    See http://www.naturalnews.com/z026717_swin … ccine.html

-The vaccine has provocated allergic reactions in a large number of people.  See http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/8376534.stm

All the above taken into account, it may be a good idea to get informed before getting jabbed.

If you  have had the injection and have bad side effects a 'retox' diet might help - if anyone's interested I can dig out the recipes.

    What is a retox diet?

Retoxification is basically ridding the body of toxins that have been forced upon it (it's also used to refer to a diet followed after detox but that isn't the case here).  Whatever it is though, it really does what a detox diet does - it gets rid of toxins and in this case metal amalgams.
So, if there really is mercury in the vaccination (apparently it contains Thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative that is supposed to have been phased out of vaccinations) then this should help to flush it out.  According to this diet, cilantro (Chinese parsley - some say coriander is just as good) is capable of mobilising mercury, cadmium, lead and aluminium in both bones and the central nervous system.
But apparently cilandro is so effective in mobilising toxins it mobilises more than it can carry out of the body and it may flood the connective tissues with the metals - therefore toxin-absorbing agent needs to be taken simultaneously - the algal organism Chlorella apparently is effective.  Cilantro tinture can be taken 2 drops, twice a day, just before a meal or 30 minutes after taking Chlorella.  There is also Cilantro tea which is effective at clearing out neurotoxins.
That's what I've learnt anyway but I'm sure I don't need to tell you to check up on what I've said before embarking on anything.  There are other foods of course which I can give you if you're interested.
