What are some great ways to burn some calories?

My options when burning calories are jogging and swimming.
I like swimming and it is better to train arms and legs.
Jogging is easier, and you can do it almost everywhere.

I think each person has its own ways to burn calories since you have to find what you like to do most.

About the jogging part, if you want to start running, do you have some special breathing techniques. Because when I run I lose breath extremely fast and it starts hurting.

I started to better control my breathing after practicing swimming more often. Swimming really helps to find a balanced breathing.
Before that I would start by running slow, that way I did not lose my breath very fast and thinking "breath in and out"

if you are not comfortable with jogging, than you must have to practice YOGA.

In Yoga you can burn calories fast also it is very good for lung function. do regular practice of yoga and after some time start jogging also, in this way you will not loose breath fast.
and there is golden rule for starting or ending anything, like exercise or new diet plan or anything. start is slowly and leave it slowly.

I am a figure skater and know that doing this (jumps, spins, footwork) can easily burn 600 calories an hour or more. Jumping on a trampoline, doing jumping jacks, or jumping rope are good ways to burn calories. Yoga, aerobics, using a stepper or performing stepping exercises are also good. Push ups, squats, lunges, planks, kickboxing and boxing are great calorie burners. You can also try things such as getting in a 15 or 20 minute walk, taking a jog, taking the stairs, or parking your car further from your destination, forcing you to walk a bit more.
