        How about not eating those calorie laden foods, then you don't have to worry about an answer.

        I would have to say yes. You use more muscles swimming than you realise, plus there is no strain on joints and tendons while in the water which is supportive of weight. Swimming is great exercise for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

    Boxing!
    3 minutes of jump rope- 1 min rest (repeat 3 times)
    3 minutes of shadow boxing - 1 min rest (repeat 3 times)
    3 minutes of hitting heavy bag -1 min rest (repeat 3 times)
    3 minutes of speed bag -1 min rest (repeat 3 times)
    3 minutes of abs
    done!
    Do this 5 days in a row and watch the weight melt away. It's the only way I get to eat as much as I do!

    High Intensity Interval Training. You can do that by running, swimming, lifting, etc. Just do a swimming HIIT workout, and you are golden.
