Is amino acids good for increase in height??? what are the side effects??
im thirteen.. and iv seen a amino acid suppliment will it work without bad side effects??
No, there are no indications that aminos will help you in height. The possible side affects are Pulmonary Disease, Increased Herpes and Viral Outbreaks, Increased Blood Pressure, and Insulin Interference.
No, amino acids will not help you increase your height unfortunately. Side effects can occur in those who have certain diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), ketoaciduria, alcoholism, and low blood sugar levels in infants. Also, BCAAs should not be taken for two weeks prior to surgery.
