What are the positives and negatives of progesterone cream?

I have heard a little about this cream being good for helping you have a baby but never actually talked to someone who has tried it before. If anyone has used this before and wouldn't mind sharing how it worked for them I would very much appreciate it.

I heard negative things about it from my doctor. I was having issues with my menstrual cycle since I was 15. I would recommend trying the natural route first.Raspberry leaf tea has helped me get my period in 4 day after not having it for 4 months. I wrote a hub about it. I just started using it and I wish I had used it sooner. I am even in a better mood! Women say they get pregnant in as little as a month from drinking it! Give it a try. Its not bad tasting & relativity cheap. Just make sure to get an organic brand. I use Traditional Medicinals. I also use wheat germ & maca root which both help me feel better. Maca is another thing said to aid in getting pregnant.

I used this cream while going through menopause, it is very effective in relieving hot flashes. I do not know the effects on fertility, so I cannot attest to its effectiveness for that use. I wrote an article on the uses of progesterone cream. In use by itself, an effective supplement for peri menopause, as well as PMS. Whereby estrogen levels are usually too high. The opposite is usually true for menopause whereby the estrogen, as well as progesterone are too low. Hormones have a direct cause and effect of bone loss. The earlier the menopause, the more bone loss that can result. Hormone therapy may be necessary in cases where menopause has set in before 50. Osteo usually is more damaging to those women who are considered small framed, in that they have less bone to loose. I have also wrote an article on osteo, some supplements, and advice for this very painful disease. I hope this helps to answer your question.
