Yes. That's why I published a book entitled "One Size Does NOT Fit All Diet Plan." After all, most diets prescribe one diet with the same calories and macronutrients for every single dieter. However, all people are not the same. We are all built differently, have different weights, different heights, and even have different activity levels. Our body stats and activity levels account for something, and diet should operate those two major items. Even with that, not everyone has the same likes or dislikes when it comes to food. Therefore, menu plans or 'diets" should involve participation of the dieter to choose (in a healthy manner, of course) what he or she will naturally eat. After all, it's about building healthy habits for a lifestyle.

How come every time I am extremely tired during the day, I can't seem to fall asleep at night?Do I have insomnia or something? Sleeping is the hardest part of my bodt to do... any help? I need answers!
