Why do I want to sleep more when I work than when I'm off?
I go to bed early the night before work, but when my alarm goes off I don't want to wake up. But when I'm off I stay up later and wake up early. Why is that? Is it a mental thing?
I find that happening when I've had a string of bad days at work. It's as if I've lost all interest in work. On weekends and when I'm on vacation, I seem to get up early because I know I can do the things I really enjoy without being told what I have to do. So in a way, I'd say it's a mental thing.
