What are the best toothpaste alternatives?
Most toothpastes contain fluoride, which is toxic to the human body. What are the most effective and safest alternatives to standard toothpaste?
I mix baking soda with coconut oil. I also practice oil pulling - it works fantastically well to prevent gum disease and other problems.
What I prescribe to my patient as alternate.
1.baking soda in warm saline water-- no oil, for it can trap plaque.
# look at the traditional folk medicine of the place where you live. If you are in the US I can suggest a person who can create the dentrifice for you once and then you can keep it going.
