For me, it's tai chi because it works on body, mind and spirit. It has helped be to tone, breathe correctly, strengthen muscles, improve my balance and posture, and also good for my heart. I do need to walk more to improve joints, and cardio. Will do when weather warms up.
I used to enjoy cycling, but now it's hard to get out and do it. I now have to rely on walking. Whether it keeps me fit, I don't know. But I enjoy it and when I get a chance, I try to get out and do it.
Thanks Devika, for responding to the question! You are right, it is difficult to go for walking in winters here as well. I settle for Yogic exercises at home then. Good to know you dance for keeping fit. Thanks!
