I know 3 women who started taking mucinex d (an over the counter cold medicine) and got pregnant right away.  The ingredient that thins nasal mucous also thins cervical mucous, making it easier for sperm to reach the egg. Your wife could also track her cycles using NFP (natural family planning) which would allow you to know exactly when her most fertile days are. It does take a few cycles to get the hang of it, but couples using NFP to achieve pregnancy do so within half of the time as couples who just "wing it."  If your wife is interested, I have a hub that explains how a woman can know when her most fertile days are. Good luck!

A trick, eh? Sly!!!!! Other than not wearing a condom, I'm not sure what would be considered a "trick."

Shortly after my husband and I were married my gynecologist told me it would take an operation for me to get pregnant as my tubes were scarred from old ovarian cysts. He put me on birth control pills in order to control the cyst problem itself. I took this prescription for two months as directed, but forgot to refill my prescription on the third month. Lo and behold, I got pregnant that very month! I don't know if it was something due to taking the pill and coming off abruptly, or a miracle from the Gods (I tend to think the Gods heard my prayers), but we were blessed with a most beautiful of daughters! And the following year I got pregnant again.. AFTER being told AGAIN my tubal damage would prevent me from ever getting pregnant again.

My suggestion would be this: relax, enjoy the intimacy with your wife and try not to concentrate on the act of fertilization. A little False Unicorn root might help facilitate her fecundity  (I've heard good things on this herb), but do not focus entirely on the conception. I believe nature tends to naturally bless those that enjoy the carnal act for the pleasure it is intended. But, if after a few months your wife is still not pregnant, then consult a specialist. In the meantime I wish you and your wife the very best of luck smile

Unless there is a particular problem, then make love (remember when sex was called making love?  I miss that) and enjoy each other. It will happen--most likely when you stop thinking about conceiving.
