    What do you do to ease your sadness ?

    Sometime, we feel sad owing to something that we know; but in some other occassion, we may be sad due to something that we don't know. What do you do to solve this problem ?

    I believe that in order to get over sadness we must first allow ourselves to experience it fully. It is a part of life, especially if the sadness involves the passing of a loved one. And I try to remember all the many blessings I have been given in life. This does help.

    I have the same problem. But that's life. Every single human being suffers from sadness and everyone has their reasons. Trust me, if you're happy in this life, then there has got to be something wrong with you.
    And that's why you can see that the best people that came to this world were the saddest (even though you would find them always smiling). Take at look at lifes of Muhammed peace be upon him, Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandy, etc.
