What are signs of dehydration?
I have been tired and heard that it might be from this.
Dehydration has many signs.
The earliest sign of dehydration is thirst. If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated. Keep a small bottle of water nearby and sip at it periodically.
Another sign is the color of your urine. If it isn't clear, you are dehydrated. If there is any yellow at all, you are dehydrated.
You'd be surprised to learn that the majority of humans are in a constant state of dehydration. Drink more water
To add to tehgyb's list, as the dehydration progresses, you will experience dizziness or may even pass out. The "skin pinch test" (I'm not sure of the actual name) can also tell you whether or not someone is heading toward severe dehydration. Normally, if you pinch the skin on the back of your hand and then let go, the skin will quickly return to it's normal position (flat). If the person is dehydrated, it takes longer for the skin do that.
Nausea and dizziness are common symptoms. Drinking more water can help fight fatigue, but there are other causes (for being tired) that you should also consider.
