    Are you able to control your feelings?

    Some People keep secrets and hold onto bad past experiences. Are you able to control anger or any other feeling  that you create within you?

    No I can't. Whenever I am emotional, I would try to sleep. So that I can get out of it. I am extremely short tempered and cannot control my anger.

      All that can be helped massively with CBT training buddy, try learning emotions/feelings control practice & mindfulness practice..Bruce Lee did it every day buddy, & so do i.

    Yes, I am able to control my feelings because I practiced controlling my thoughts and my breathing. Usually I can make myself feel the way I want to feel. I like to feel relaxed so I am relaxed most of the time. Sometimes I need to get angry so I become angry until the anger is no longer useful.

    I don't see the point in making myself feel bad for no reason. Most of the time I use deep slow belly breathing because that is how relaxed people breath.

    I can control all my emotions & feelings, & remove negative thoughts almost instantly..It took me around 6 months practice training, & the practice & training was amazing to learn..I did mindfulness training, emotions/feelings control..& like mikejhca says once you realize your causing your unwanted emotions & feelings yourself, you will find it very hard to allow yourself to manifest such negative emotions & feelings..I do of course still feel some trying to manifest inside me, but i know for a fact it's my mind causing them, & so can stop them within a couple of seconds..Once you become aware you can stop those unwanted emotions & feelings, by mindful distraction or transcending relaxing them away, you will get better at it in a relatively short space of time, & just depends on how much you practice.

      You need a lot of patience & concentration to do the training, & it comes gradually over the months not over night..It's all practice realizing, & time.
