    You burn belly fat by eating healthy. How do you eat healthy? You eat food with less calories.

    Walking, running, dancing, sex, & i walk or ride my bike instead of driving if i have time..Do things you love doing, that require physical energy..Eat healthy food, & never try any diet. :-)

    ONLY with exercise and eating fewer calories. You must eat lean meats, seafood, lots of fruits and veggies, with some nuts, seeds and monunsaturated oils/fats such as flaxseed, olive, etc. Another important fact is that as we age, we need FEWER calories! When you stop eating processed/junk foods and get some strength training and exercise in on a consistent basis, you will feel like a new person smile

    I recently started the Wheat Belly diet, gave up wheat, processed food, artificial colorings and flavorings. Have more energy, sleeping better and losing weight. The wheat we consume today is genetically modified and causes inflammation, researchers have proven wheat causes many of our health issues and giving it up for at least three months will increase your metabolism too. Sugar is another food that causes belly fat and giving it up will flatten your stomach but don't use artificial sweeteners and they can be just as toxic.
