Don't. Anxiety is caused by thinking negative thoughts or fears. It is an illusion to that person or a self induced hallucination. There is no power outside of the self but the person with anxiety has given power to that which is powerless. It is an uncontrolled emotion. There are many ways to remove it. One way is desensitization. Awaken to the fact that the emotion is exaggerated and unnecessary, then push through it until logic and reason removes the fear. Just drop it and think about other things. Starve it with indifference or see it as unimportant. Another way is to never give power to others or the world because they have none. One has to deprogram the societies negative opinions and stop reacting to their ignorant behavior. Never feel theatened by anybody's negative attitude. Re-train the mind with the truth. You have infinite power and there are no other powers outside of you. Each person is only dealing with their own mind at every moment. Another way is to transcend the world. Rise above it in consciousness. In that state only happiness can exist because there are no others. They are just empty forms or concepts in the mind, easy to discard. Do not entertain their moods or behavior. See them as empty forms with absolutely no power to affect you. Another method is to find solutions to problems. Don't be worried about problems. Look for right solutions quickly and then put them into action. And lastly, have a positive attitude toward yourself. A person is with their own being at all times. They must decide if they are going to happy or miserable. It is a choice. It has nothing to do with others. If you love yourself at all times, regardless of everybody, then you will always be happy. There is no need to worry about what others think. Their opinions mean nothing. In that liberated state, the person's thoughts are beyond the world. No one can reach his consciousness because it is at a higher level than the ignorance. The fifth or sixth dimension. At that level, anxiety does not exist. If a person is new to this understanding it may take time to de-condition false thoughts, illusions and wrong interpretations. But the mistakes are irrelevant. They are not to be taken seriously. Every master makes mistakes. The main thing is to clear the mind as soon as possible and break old habits and wrong views. And laughter is one of the fastest ways to clear the mind. With laughter, freedom is instant.
