      Really great suggestions, we forget that our hair will grow back if we don't like the style and often let fear of the unknown keep us from "making a big change". What is the craziest hairstyle you have gone with? A new color? Cut? Perm?

      Great strategy, I certainly do that without thinking...especially when doing something that really scares me like rock climbing and then realize that  if others can do it - so can I! Love it thanks.

   Today, I am going to make a list of really small things that I know I can accomplish in a short amount of time. I am currently working on a multiple day project that is still several days from being complete. I need to feel like I have accomplished something, today, right now - so will give myself a list of things that I can easily check off and be done with it and then get back to my project.
   
   The first five things on my list include:
   1. drink a really great cup of coffee,
   2. respond to 5 easy e-mails
   3. write a list of "things to do" that are bothering me that can wait for a few days (just to get them off my mind)
   4. take the phones off the hook or power them off
   5. breathe...
   
   5a....and get back to it...
   
   Check, check, check, check, check,,,and now I will see you all on the other side of this project...until then, keep breathing.
