Do you check your blood sugar level regularly?
I wonder if how many at our age check their blood sugar level.
I do everyday. It gets elevated sometimes but I up my water intake, my omega 3 and magnesium, it gets back to normal

i get very weak, shaky and kinda dizzy if i dont eat eavery 2-3 hrs. i feel like i need to stop...what im doing that very second and scarf my face!! its gotten worst the past couple years..i have gained a good 40 pounds...
