   If you consume varieties of foods regularly in sufficient amounts, you get enough vitamins and minerals with it and supplements will not likely give you more energy.
   
   Some vegans who do not plan their meals well may get iron deficiency with weakness - in this case iron supplements would help.
   
   After a period of fasting or starvation, one can get potassium deficiency with muscle weakness - potassium supplements would help.

   Thats the one that I take, but sometimes I still feel tired and weak. I dont know if thats all i really need.

      I take Isotonix vitamins and supplements. They aren't in pill form. They come in a powder you mix with water. They have no binders and fillers so there is maximum absorption- 95% or greater. Therefore, you will have a greater benefit from the vitamin
