There are several ways.
In your food is always good start.
But otherwise - there are tablets you can take, or an injection - which is usually 1000mcg of Vit B12.
I personally have the injections, but they've recently changed brands here in NZ, and the newer one hurts a bit more!

B12 InformationI have been diagnosed with B12 deficiency. I feel that I am deficient in biotin - my nails break and my hair lacks shine. More importantly, I feel many others may be deficient in B12.I love your articles would appreciate your take on this vitamin.

When administering weekly gluteal injections, is it unusal to experience mild anaphalactic shock symptoms (overall tingling, moderate pharangeal constriction and tachycardia), and on only one side? No problems on the R. side, but those symptoms the last two times when injecting the left glute.

Is there a medical reason vitamin B-12 levels below 200 do not respond to oral supplementsif testing for intrinsic factor was normal and supplements are taken for months with little progress. what would cause the body to do this?

I think your hub is good. Personally I would move the picture down maybe to your third capsule maybe move it to the right side where you are explaining the channels.Otherwise thumbs up for your hub.
