Anyone have experience withdrawing from Zoloft?

I am tapering under my doctors supervision off 50mg of Zoloft for the past 3 years. It has been 7 days now at 25mg and I am feeling great. I have tried several times before but I was in a rush and never realized the importance of a slow taper along with a conscious effort of quitting. My goal is to deal with my anxiety naturally. Has anyone had experienced quitting Zoloft before? If so how long was your taper and do you feel your brain recovered?

Yes, you did the right thing in tapering it off. I remember an increase in appetite after going off Zoloft, and some moodiness.

I was on Paxil and it is one of those drugs that you have wean yourself off of over a period of time. I know when I was on Paxil I also had a very difficult time getting off of the medication. But effectually I was able to get off the medicine.
