How does one maintain a weight loss "lifestyle" vs "diet?"
Being on the healthy train seems easy for months and months, then it all goes south. How do people make it a lifestyle and not a quick fix?
well I think to make it truly work, they would need to be able to harmonize both exercise and diet.because if you overeat exercise won't work and if you sit around eating and not exercising you won't lose any.even of it is healthy diet.
A diet is usually something you go on for a period of time to make the scale move. A lifestyle includes good nutrition, lots of exercise and regular stress reduction.
Having gotten into a serious outline of gyming it I can honestly say that my mindset totally changed. For me I guess it was both the weight loss that I achieved as well as the good old endorphin releases that meant I genuinely loved going to the gym.
Sports and Sport is the best solution to maintain your weight. And if one day become tired for exercise I advise you to avoid this day in any food that contains high calories and be your food free from fat
