What would you want to learn about on a stress management course?
This can be personal stresses, challenges at work, within relationships, parenting etc
Great question. I think I would like to know what stress is firstly especially regarding the contrast / compare between personal, social, and with the working environment. I have no idea how one would address that. Managing stress seems to be having the ability to perceive through the senses ones body reacting with ones emotions. So, possibly understanding feelings leading toward emotions would be another step to consider . . . I dun'no for sure.
