Is kettlebell exercise better than other weight training exercises?
Kettle bells are supposed to be a better way to lose weight and tone up than traditional weight lifting exercises. Has anyone used kettle bells and what experience have you had with them? Did they help you lose weight and tone up?
I did not try this form of exercise but my colleague did and oh my God, she was walking funny the next day after she went with another colleague who introduced kettle bell exercise this form of exercise. I think my colleague gave up in the end. I think it is better to go with the more gentle exercise like yoga or Pilates if it was me. I don't want to suffer after as long as it does the same result for me.
