What are some effective methods and/or tools to use to get rid of anxiety?

Meditation, exercise, and accupressure - in that order.
The regular practice of meditation can do wonders to keep you calm, and stave off the chemical reactions that come with stress and anxiety. Deep breathing techniques combined with relaxation will keep anxiety away.
Exercise, on the other hand, is more practical. With intensive exercise, like going on a treadmill, working out, or going on a StairMaster, you release endorphins that raise your natural serotonin levels within your body. Those hormones give you that "feel good" feeling you need to fight anxiety and depression.
Acupressure, either self administered or through a professional massage therapist, can do more to relieve tension and worry temporarily according to the University of Minnesota. You can also visit someone who works with Reiki or reflexology to help relax you.
Firstly you need to be identify the causes of your stress. You can play a game with clock to reduce your stress and make a time schedule like: make a time for relax at least 1 hour per day. If you have alone then you unable to deal with stress so make friends and share your feelings with friends.
You can also do meditation, which is very helpful in relieving anxiety.
A person needs some time to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate after a busy work day or week. Incorporating meditation in a weekly routine provides multiple benefits.
