    I don't do yoga, although I would like to. I hesitate with the aches of my joints. Maybe it would help that . . . I dun'no. I really don't understand much about yoga to be honest. Thanks for leading me toward researching it later.

      I hear it is very good for flexibility and balance, it will probably help with joint pain by getting them moving and strengthen the surrounding muscles.

    Any kind of physical activity is good to keep fit but it depends on the individual's preference.
    I prefer Yoga along with 30 minutes of  brisk walk to keep myself healthy and fit. This is for the simple reason that by means of Yoga postures one can exercise the internal parts of the body as well.
    Yoga does not exhaust rather it relaxes due to its focus on breathing.
    I find Yoga very effective for the flexibility of joints.
